Balaji Restaurant was designed as a boutique dining and retail space, celebrating the richness of Indian sweets within a refined and contemporary setting. The design focuses on creating a warm, elegant and inviting atmosphere, allowing the colours, textures and presentation of the sweets to become a key feature of the interior.
