Puffy’s Desserts is a new dessert franchise located in the heart of Melton Road, Leicester, designed to create a bold, welcoming and memorable customer experience. We developed the interior design, space planning and branding for the store, bringing together a fresh visual identity with a practical commercial layout suited to a busy dessert-led business.

The concept was designed around a playful and indulgent atmosphere, reflecting the brand’s sweet offering while creating a space that feels modern, vibrant and inviting. Through careful space planning, we arranged the customer seating, counter service, display areas and back-of-house preparation zones to support smooth day-to-day operation and an enjoyable customer journey.

The branding and interior were developed together to give Puffy’s Desserts a strong and recognisable presence on Melton Road. From the colour palette and signage to the finishes, lighting and layout, every element was considered to create a distinctive dessert destination that feels fun, fresh and commercially functional.
